How long before MSRP becomes a norm?

Thanks bro,
Unfortunately and possibly fortunately I am overseas for at least 3-6 more months and possibly 3 more years depending on the next job contract opportunity for me here in Japan.
Unfortunately because I cannot hunt in the states right now..
Fortunately because prices may drop to MSRP by the time I get back stateside.

And you can import a JDM R-35 here as it is officially recognized as a "world production car." Someone here in SoCal has already done it, a black one, and it is legal.
You can't use the sat/nav or radio, but it's legal (and it probably involves minor safety adjustments like bumpers and reflectors).

Well in 3 years you'll be able to easily find a below-MSRP first model year GT-R in the US. The R35 will be more than 1/2 way through it's generation cycle by then.
