If you don't live in cold weather is their any downsides to the cold weather package outside of the color of the rims? Heavier rims? worst tires? cold weather fluids matter in a warm weather environment?

The tires are all season vs. the summer tires you get with the regular package so you give up grip. Also there is a fluid mixture difference but I don't know how much that would affect performance.
