It's true, Nissan did tack on the invoice price increase. If the vehicle was special ordered and did not get delivered to the original owner, Nissan charges back the dealer after it is sold to a different buyer. The price increase is due to true demand vs. actual production. Yes there are cars on lots, I have one in my showroom, however they are not plentiful and dealers will not see them arriving by the truck load each month. It is far from a perfect economy however this vehicle will still hold its value over time.
