I found that to be pretty amusing, that Nissan would go to the trouble of illustrating and pointing out that we shouldn't mess with perfection. There's even a T-Shirt already! One Black XL on the way...

It actually says "illegal to tune" when translated. I think that Nissan is trying to avoid GT-R's driving on the Wangan/ Shuto and Yoko Yoko roadways at triple digit speeds like the GT-R's of past.
