buying r34 with no engine

i was wondering how much an r34 would cost if it had no engine. somebody please reply with a price for this car. and what makes it illegal in the state of texas if i were to put another inline 6 in it.

I have an RB26 motor and tranny from an R32 for sale if you get this and are interested.

I might be going down the same path, R33, or R34 with no engine, and will need the same solution.
