Smile FS: GT40R Twin Scroll

Letting go of a 40R has a coat of Jethot 2000 on the hot side. The turbo assembly-T4 style inlet flange with v-band style exit. Large C117 88mm compressor with 4.00 inlet and 2.75" outlet. Hi HP 4-6 Cyl applications. This turbo has a flow capacity of about 700HP+.


Turbine
-Wheel: 77mm w/ 78 trim
-Housing: .95 ar, 1.06AR
Compressor
-Wheel: 88mm w/ 72rim
-Housing: .72ar RETAIL PRICE IS OVER $1,975.00.

GT4088R Twin Scroll- SOLD
It has about 1500 miles on it, it was on while I was breaking in my new motor. so it has easy and low miles on it. I decided to go bigger, so it needs a new home.

Its at the shop, they are installing a hybrid 42R. Its should be fun.

Stock 5-8-04 Blue-stock Red-with a k&n filter.

Look at the Hp and rpm on the stock run. 218whp @ 5600rpm. Compaired to were the 40R matches that hp/rpm. Now thats funny, grab your a** and hold on!!!

Heres an update on the new turbo swap;

-New turbo GT40/42R
-New twin scroll
-New twin Tial 38MM wastegates
-New down pipe
-Hydra installed
-And the aeromotive fuel system with surge tank.

While the guys at Goodspeed Performance were waiting for the down pipe to come back from Jethot. They mounted my parts an a mock-up motor and took some pics.
