At least the police car(s) in that last link is not a GT-R. The bottom picture is a four-door too. To me, the R32 GT-Rs as Police cars look the most brutal.

some arcane knowledge:

the police car on the "www.nissanfanseite.de/Nissan..." site is an R34 25GT-t, 2dr. the badging on the rear, below the drivers side tail light assembly, gives that away. it cannot be a GT-X turbo, as no 2dr R34 exists as that.

about R34 4dr sports sedans:

the 4dr in the bottom picture is more than likely either an R34 25GT-turbo or an R34 25GT-X turbo. being that it is a police car, i doubt it would be non-turbo. furthermore, because the badging for the GT-t and GT-Xt is the *same*, ie, it reads "25 GT-t" for both models, it cannot be discerned from the photo what it really is (i can tell, even though it is blurred, that it reads "25 GT-t").

so, then, i will assume it is the 25GT-t, as the "X" typically denotes "luxury," and i doubt that model would be necessary, or purchased as a fleet, for a police cruiser. i could be wrong, of course. but i am offering my best guess; i'd put money on my idea.

of note, as well, on the blurred pic of the R34 25 GT-t, the slight rear deck spoiler is not typical for factory issue, ie, it is far smaller than anything i am aware of, offered by the factory, as an option for the R34 4dr. it is possible, however, that as the car was upgraded year after year within its generation run, slight anomalies and differences in option packages may have seen such a diminutive spoiler. it does appear from the blurred photo that a thin center brake light is on the spoiler.

also, the 5-spoke wheels pictured on it are not factory issue either --for any version of the R34 4dr. moreover, the 5-spoke factory wheels offered for the R34 4dr were either from the R33 GT-R (the much sought-after split 5-spokes, standard for the R34 GT-X non-turbo), or the 4th generation Nissan Maxima SE (standard for the R34 25 GT-X Four, non-turbo).
