Any Formula 1 Fans?

I'm a big fan of Formula 1 and I can't wait until the first race : March 8, 2005. I'm not too crazy about the new engines being used this year, but I'm sure it'll still be fun to watch.

Anyone else into F1?

I'm a huge f1 fan too, i just hate having to wake up at the butt crack of dawn to watch Now that my man fisi has a good ride this year we can finally see what he can do. Also, I am finally going to be able to make my first F1 race this year as well, so I cant wait for the season to get here.

Which race are you going to? I went to the one in Montreal last year and it was a blast. I have some pic's and some video I took during the race. There's nothing like an F1 car screaming down a straightaway!!

Also the cool thing about going to an F1 race is the manufacture block parties. It's amazing. In Montreal each manufacture reserved a couple of city blocks to hold a concert, signing, etc.

I'm actually looking forward to see how Fernando and Kimi do this year.

Hopefully I will be able to make it to the U.S. GP this year. I have been to talladega many times, but this will be my first time at any real open wheel event. I cant wait to go either, I have heard the whole event is awesome. What exactly is it like, I mean as far as souviner(sp) trailers, hospitality tents, etc.

I think the US one will be a bit different than the Canadian GP. People there worship F1 and the whole city shuts down just for F1. During the awards ceremony, everyone hopped the fence just to get closer to the action at the end of the race. I got pretty close to the podium, which was cool.

Who basically have to pay for everything, especially souvenirs so don't expect to get too many free items. Maybe a poster and a brochure.
