Problem with Brakes

I have a 2010 GTR and I have had some problems with braking. I have read some problems with other people on a track. I am talking about driving 70 mph and then having trouble stopping at a stop sign. It is after the brakes have warmed up a bit. Meaning, after driving down a mountain pass at comfortable speeds and not doing anything out of the ordinary. Anyway, I am contemplating either getting rid of the car for safety reasons or installing a new system. I like the fact the 2012 has a new system but it seems like if the 2010 was in need of new brakes, they would acknowledge it to the public so we are aware. They seemed awesome the first 6 months, but have gotten worse over time. I still have less than 5000 miles on the car.

Thanks FAC

When was the last time the car was serviced?

Sounds like the brakes need to be bled.
