A "different" way of purchasing an '09 GT-R...opinions needed

I found this article from insideline.com and some of you have probably already read it but I'm curious to know what your opinon is on this....

Technically its legal. Its just as legal as a Noble M12. The only questionable aspect is the engine since the RB26 is not federally legal here much in the same way the twin turbo ford v6 in the noble is not. Really only matters if you live in CA. There is a vendor on evoM that sells these that may also be coming on here. Also, this only applies to R34s specifically from Kaizo
