Edmunds inside line: GTR vs ZR1

(before you question the dyno numbers, it was done on a mustang dyno. Both cars were low as a result).

The GTR clearly is the victor against the modified Z06 even though on paper the modded Z06 should have destroyed the GTR in real life conditions.

It depends on what you're considering really. They have about the same braking power. The GTR tends to pull faster times involving turns. The GTR has a better slalom, while the vette has better skidpad numbers. The corvette has more top end power, and is likely to beat it by good deal in that area. This is stock vs stock, not modified Z06. Each has their perks.

This video was a ZR1 though, which is a whole different league of car and to be expected.
