Looking to buy Cant decide

I am looking at three cars. I cant decide which one i want but i do know i want it to be my daily driver and a weekend racer. I need to be able to beat a 500-550hp corvette. The cars i am looking at are Evo 9 MR, Supra and R32 R33 R34 Skyline. I was wondering your guys opinions. If i was only drag racing i would go with the supra but i will be racing watkins and lime rock also as well as nelson ledges. What do you guys think? Thanks, Trever

I'd say for the twisties, look at an older gen Evo (VIII or IX)

...but don't discount the Supra as only a straightline drag car....they handle corners pretty well too.
In stock form they put down .97 on the skidpad and have some pretty decent slalom times as well.

As for a Skyline, Iwouldn't waste my time on anything other than a R32 or a new R35.

Well, for drag racing, I would actually say an R32 hands down. The supra would be my distant last choice there out of those three. Sure it makes power, but with less traction, more weight, and lacks feel (specifically in the steering). Of course it can be made to do anything, and there are some incredibly fast road race supras, but I just dont feel its as good an all around starting point anymore. Also, The stock brakes are decent, but not as good as an evo or r33+. Evo is a great car, and prepped will give you what you need. A GTR would take a little bit more money(in mods) and time to setup correctly, but can net you far more straight line speed with giving up much in handling. If it were me, I would go for the evo or R32.

If you're looking for an R32 I have a 90 GTR that's just had a fresh engine build and a bunch of goodies already on it. Car is in excellent shape...send me a PM if interested.

imao i love the r32. done right it can do all very well. the evo is a bad mother but i dont like the interior and if u have to sit in the car all day, then that makes the cake, and the supra wins there. and only there

well i guess if money is no factor just go with the r34 or the new 35 eaither are good ? they are both monsters.to tell you the truth you can pick any car up there the evo, r32 therw 35,or the supra but i guess if you dont have a budget limit then i guess just follow your instinct.any of these moded can beat a 500-550 hp corvette you know?
