I'm looking into getting one with in a year. It would be great if it's registered in CA.
Please let me know with pictures and price.

In 2009, R35 is coming out in US so R34 should get cheaper by the time when I get R34.

There was a completed Kaizo R34 on ebay. I lost track of it and I don't know if it's still up but, the car looked real clean.

They "remanufactur" GTR chassis in japan to call them their own car. They send the "new" rolling chassis to the US as a Kaizo kit car without power plant jsut like any other imported kit car. It is completely legitimate, however you still have to install an engine which is the last major issue since the RB26 technically is still illegal, especially in CA. I believe you can petition it in CA on a per vehicle basis, but you have to be on top of it and be pretty lucky. In other states, its not nearly as big an issue.

Ah.. so it's like R34 kit car eh?
Well, if possible, I'd like to get one with legal title.

Legally speaking, yes. In reality its a straight up Nissan R34 GTR. Its just their way of getting around the importation laws

Then, if I get Kaizo version, is it cheaper than importing entire car?
Where do I get information about it?

Thanks for the replies!

Here's the link to their website.

Let me know how the process goes for you, if you go through with it.
