importing question

I'm currently in the U.S, and I would like to import a 1992 R32 GT-R, the car is currently in east yorkshire, how do i legally import it to where i live in philly pa, the motorex, is the only place I know of that imports them, but that's on the other side of the country, what do i do?

you're screwed

Motorex is now defunct. They can no longer import skylines into the US. It is currently impossible to LEGALLY import any skyline not 25 years old into the US. They cannot be legalized for road use. If, however, you are only taking it to the track, there are ways to do it.
