Sup guys,

Newb here to GTRforums.com.
Not to Nissan though, owned an 05 Murano and currently own a 05 350Z.
Other rides; 07 Mustang GT and 07 Range Rover Sport.
Currently located in South America Suriname. I'll be moving to Miami next year August. Excited because i'll finally be able to lease a car. So far i've had to purchase everything which has really put a dent in my pocket. Import fees here are absurd, i paid $56000 to get my GT in my garage. Also a reason why it's the only vehicle i purchased brand new, the others are pre-owned.

I'll have a lot of other costs when settling down in the there, thats why i've considered to "cheaper" performance vehicles which both seat 4 people. So far the ISF seems like the logical choice since the car will also be my daily driver however it just looks too plain imo. Judging by looks and performance only it'd be the GTR hands down, however back to reality the price is a big factor. Nissan GTR MSRP: $76460, ShelbyGT500:$52175, Lexus ISF:$56760

If you could help me with the following questions.
I've already done some research so i'm just double checking most.
How much is the down payment on a 3 year leaseplan?
How much is the total monthly lease?
Can you lease a pre-owned vehicle?
How much will maintenance cost me the first 15k?
How practical is the car for daily driver use? (is it the same height as the Z?)
Which basic modifcations does the warrenty allow?
