hello everyone, i'll be purchasing a used gtr 09 model. the thing that worries me is the maintenance. brake pads going at 10k tires going at 12k, brakes costing 600-700 dollars and diff and tranny oil changes well over 1k, is this all true?

 

Yup it is what it is. Getting a set of new tires and only at 5k miles, costing me $2k. Oil changes are around $100.
