Great!

Like the sides. That wing must make for some good downforce. The plane looks well designed/scultped

That lip looks great. I'm taking a shine to the R35 in black more and more. I like the shaved emblem, too. Car looks very evil.

Nice find. thats one insane wing man.

It's a really nice setup.

I think the car has spent enough time in the wind tunnel...

while i think its got alot of time in the wind tunel so have alot of other cars. but for racing you want as much as you can get, AND... it can be done. race teams been doing it alot!
mei university in japan has a wind tunel and race teams are letting them test the body kits to see how functional they are.

yeah, i like the shaved emblem as well, it looks so much smoother and cleaner

that wing is immense

bonzelite 03-13-2008 08:38 PM

Yes, the simple subtraction of the emblem in the grille is actually fantastic. It somehow changes the character of the car in a huge but understated way, increasing the evil factor. It looks like a visitor from another planet poised to kill. Having the car in darker hues also enhances this. I am starting to want a black one, something I thought I'd never say.

The wing pictured is a bit large for my tastes, functionality notwithstanding.

I wonder why they are running such tall rear wing. Usually when you go with a taller rear wing you are trying to grab a fair amount of clean air to get a ton of downforce. On the Evo you have to run a taller wing (if you track the car) because the car is shaped like a box so the taller you go the more air you grab. The Evo is more front end heavy so rear needs anything it can get. Being that the GTR is more efficient aerodynamically and the weight distribution on the car is more level (front to rear), I wonder if that wing would be more of issue of drag then anything else.
