expected mileage on a new GTR

This might sound like a stupid question, but how many miles would you think is acceptable on a brand new GTR you would buy at a dealership? I would expect most new cars to have a few miles. But I just talked to a dealer in MD who has 2 cars at their dealership and I asked how many miles each one had and he said about 40 miles on one and about 80 on the other. They are both 2011 GTRs. When asked why it had that man miles on it, he said that when it arrives from the factory it has about 20 miles on it already because they always test them at the track. Can anyone confirm this? The other miles he said was from transferring from one dealership to another. Does this seem fishy to anyone? I would expect a car costing that much to have almost 0 miles on it. Any thoughts?

Yes, every GT-R gets 8 laps on the track testing brakes, transmission, and such. Mine had 40 when I bought it. It's not fishy, perfectly normal don't freak out, you will love the car if you buy it. I have no regrets.
