Even though it's something small, its a big difference!

does anyone agree with me that the US spec R35 looks ugly when it brakes? The JDM R35 has its inner ring and the center bar light up when its under braking but when the US spec brakes, all the rings light up with the center bar. I think the JDM looks so much other IMO. any opinions?

any vids of this?

so here are the videos to show the difference between the Jap and US
even when the low beams are turned on, the Jap car only lights up the outter rings and the inner rings are specifically used as brake lights. as for the US car, all rings are on when low beams are on and all rings brightens as its braking.

@ 2:32 you will find the GTR undergoing braking. u dont see the center brake light because its got a new wing!

as for the US Gtr video, i'll try to find one asap because not many ppl purposefully take shots of the rear of the car.

is this due to different lighting requirements in the states?

Don't notice much difference. Isn't the more light lights up the safer it is when you brake?

I like the Jap Spec IMO cuz it looks better? iunno =/

small differences like this add up, it's like the sequential mod that's available for new body style mustangs... normally the brake lights all come on, this small electronic fix makes them light up quickly from inside out

IMO it doesn't make that much of a difference...
