Twin turbo setup question

Hi,
K am new here, and i dont even have a GTR, but i have a mercedes w124 300E with a twinturbo kit installed. Engine is an I-6 12 valve running at 10 psi now and i have an alcohol injection kit from coolingmist installed as well.

why i am here???? well i need ur knowhow with twin turbo setups! so here goes:

In a twin turbo parallel setup, can one turbo be set to boost more the other??

say turbo one boosts at 1X psi and the second is set to boost at 1.3X psi.

would the extra boost from the second generate enough back force on the first turbo in a way the exhausts have almost equal pressure.????

I have 2 cast manifolds one for each turbo, but both turbos boost into the same intercooler, thus all six pistons get the same boost. Its on the exhaust side that i have my worry, since one turbo has a waste gate more open than the other turbo it will cause less exhaust back pressure but also less boost.

but since both turbos need to boost in the same intercooler i assume that the turbo boosting less will need to work harder to push its air volume against what the second turbo is boosting. This should cause the first turbo (less resistance / less boost one) to now cause more exhaust back pressure on its three pistons despite having the waste gate open more than the other one.

That’s my assumption but as they say; assumption is the mother of all f@#$ups

Well as it turns out the waste gate adjustment on the rear turbo is stuck, so i am un able to open more boost. now am at abt 10 psi, with both turbos setup almost equally. but since the rear wont adjst for more i was wondering if i could adjst the front for the 2 exrta psi i need to hit my goal of abt 12 psi.

thnx guys
